Because I like to randomly talk about SuJu perfomances and say what I liked and what I didn't. xD
So, today's MuCo. I'm not so sure about this. Maybe I've seen them perform Bonamana so often now that I'm becoming immune, but I don't think so. It was a good performance though, I think the directing might have killed it a bit. Hm, good things first:
Yesung's happy face. :D He's so precious, I loved watching him during the performance. Okay, his dancing is a bit off sometimes, but he's actually rather hot with the half-grin, half-smirk he's wearing most of the time. I guess he loves performing a lot, at least I get the feeling every time I watch him during their acts. He really seems to get into the song and seems to like the attention, but that's alright. He deserves it.
The Heeteuk moment. God, I don't even know when this started exactly, I know that I noticed it for the first time on last week's Inkigayo and replayed it about ten times because I found it so hilarious. I love it, these two are so great during their little moment! :D I can't even decide whether I like Leeteuk's sinful lip bite better or Heechul's sensual arm stroke, lol. Also, not directly Heeteuk couple, but Leeteuk's awesomeness - what kind of dance-jump-sprint was that as Donghae was singing his solo part? xDDD Lol, leader, you're amazingly hilarious, I love you so much! <3 So awkward in getting to the other side of the stage, he made me laugh (and replay it twice for the extra lulz.)
Fierce!Kyu. :D His face during the performance was made of win. I think he pulls off fierce very, very well, especially with the new hair. Bad thing is that I get distracted by it and have to start fanning myself because he's way too hot when he's looking so predatory. More, please!
Hae's come hither movement towards Eunhyuk. xD Oh boy, fanservice in the middle of performing? He's such an attention whore, IDEK. <3
Not-so-good things:
Hm, I didn't really feel the clothes. It was something different with the grey, so that was nice, but somehow the clothing was : /. Sure, Ryeowook's and Donghae's shirts were nicely cut, but for Donghae, the gloves reminded me of Mickey Mouse. >.< I like the black leather-y ones muuuuuuuch better. Also, I much preferred the shirt and hair from yesterday's MuBa on Sungmin, because he was really, really hot then. Today was... still hot, but not as much as yesterday. ^^
Directing. I know I tend to talk about this too much, but it can really ruin things and I think that MuCo's directing today was not so great. Especially when I compare it to the epic Inkigayo perfomance from May 16th (ignoring the Bonomana clothes), it was... urgh. Apparently, people on MuCo never learned how to not automatically zoom in or out once they are the ones filming the shot. That's annoying, really, if you cannot even have one close-up without having to endure that camera moving even closer or rapidly zooming away - or even panning so fast you get dizzy. Also - what's with the disorienting cuts, people? Could you maybe try to connect shots in a way that people don't need two seconds to find out from which side you're shooting which person? Not amused, really. :( In comparison, Inkigayo had lots of camera movement, but some steady shots, especially for close-ups, in between and moreover not so disorienting cuts. There were some, but most of the time the cut from one shot to the next was logical and you even got a long shot in between closer ones to make sure you know where everyone is at the moment. MuCo directing sucked in comparison.
On a wholly different note, I finally got around to watching the MBLAQ "Y" vid (yay for weekends). :D I rather like the song, it's very catchy and the sound stays with you. I've also watched some perfs and the choreo is done very well (I heard Rain is responsible for that, so kudos <3), it's beautiful to watch and well balanced most of the time. Now that I've found out what exactly they're singing and watched the really awesome vid, I'm even more impressed! I loved the acting and even though the coloured trousers in that one dance part were a bit wtf, the vid overall left a very good impression. It's rather risqué, I think, but they pull it off great.
