What? She's Back and writing Kyuhae?
It's been rainy here these past few days, but after watching Infinite's She's Back MV today, I feel like summer heat and sunshine. xD I'm not that fond of the song, but I'm fond of the boys and think the MV is rather lovely. It might not have much to do with the lyrics of the song, but the beach and the pool shots come across as really natural. I hope they are - so much friendship glows through them that I want them to be candid. ^^ It's like that one photoshoot all over again. I think their friendship in one of their most charming sides, I think foregrounding it gives the group a very warm feeling, very approachable.
I'm mourning the loss of Hoya's black hair, though. ;___; I have hope he's only dyed it for the MV, I guess I'll wait and see.
Also, remember that I was talking about writing a Kyuhae fic? I'm working on it. Not one with cowboys or spies (some may think that's unfortunate), but still Kyuhae. I'm not finished yet, and I'll probably go over it again once or twice, but I'm glad I finally got more than half a page before trashing the whole thing again. I had a whole different set-up in mind and tried to make in work in about seven different versions, but I always got stuck not far from wherever I started. Only when I kept the main idea and threw everything else overboard - side chraracters, location, starting point - did it finally seem to flow better. I'm still not entirely satisfied with the feeling, but I'm glad it seems to be going somewhere. And if you're lucky, it's going in the direction of smut. Who can resist Kyuhae smut?
I admit that direction might be partly the fault of SHINee's new album. I mean, I was planning on making it go there, but it never kept flowing in that direction. After the change and listening repeatedly to Electric Heart (which sounds like pure sex to my ears), things got a bit easier. And someone's mind got dirtier. So, thank you, SHINee! <333
