This is one of the things that happens on Facebook that I find disturbing. There are others who do it, some to a greater extent than others and most for selfish reasons.
I don't care what you call yourself, but please BE yourself. Or do something like our friend, Gandalf, whose FB page is obviously based on someone fictional (I know, bite my tongue!) but it is innocuous, a pleasant oasis to escape from reality for a moment, not a ruse to fool people into a fake drama, or worse, that puts real people in danger.
