There's times when I really wonder why I signed back up for this job. Seems like whenever I think I've got a handle on something, something *else* flies up at me and I'm having to deal with that instead of the original project at hand. And it's usually paperwork that's the problem as opposed to real work; which frustrates me all the more.

*rubs temples* dr_nikki, I apologise for my sudden, somewhat abrupt absence... *sighs* This is what I get for being a 'consultant', I guess... what's the situation with Zephyr?
