Dieting

I just got home from a really interesting lessons in school.
The chef is a really interesting guy. Funny too.

I'm going to quit:
1) soft drinks (excluding green tea pokka)
2) sauces unless made by self
3) diary products
4) bread
5) fruits (tomatoes and paste included)
6) sugar

but of cos, i can still cook them. just not eating them.

going to eat
natural yoghurt (one cup per day)
and soy instead.

This is going to be an interesting 2 months.

Offal is Aweful
