I started my internship today by getting SPECTACULARLY lost and forcing my boss to actually come out and find me. In my defense, Japanese streets DON'T HAVE NAMES 80 PERCENT OF THE TIME!!! I was in the right area, just that damn building...
Working for a web startup is super new for me, and I think once the jet lag and general wooziness is gone, I will enjoy it. I asked to cut my hours from 26 a week to more like 19, so I'm happy.
Oh, maybe he doesn't like me now but by the time I leave he'll wonder how he did without. This is the goal I always set for myself.
