-- A group of people from my Japanese class today was called in [and we talked! and they were nice, even the boy who was rude to me yesterday!] and asked if we wanted to switch up a level. I placed in level 11 out of 12 -- at this point as a matter of pride I want to be in the hardest one. I was talking to the teacher and looking at my placement test scores and ... I don't understand why I suck so hard at testing. IT WAS SO EASY. I can't believe I did so poorly (and still managed to place so high). Although it fucks with my schedule, at least changing means I don't have any homework for a while.
-- THERE WAS NO LINE AT THE J-SHOP. What??? It's a Saturday! What was the meaning of that nightmarish three hour wait I suffered through two(?) years ago...........?? I only bought 5 photos though!!! I even went to the Takeshita-doori shops with her and did not buy anything!!! I'm so proud of myself.

Ahh but I started out with money in my wallet and.... have less than I would prefer. I held myself back so well! Perhaps the coming months will be more difficult than I expected.
