Friday The 13th
So my surgery went well and I can't really even feel much pain anymore. I still can't really eat though. The only problem I had yesterday was the constant drooling after I ran out of gauze and today I can feel my stitches pull when I swallow. The whole surgery only took like twenty minutes. I was surprised I was done so fast.
Jay sent me flowers yesterday with a card saying something like, "Hurry up and get well soon so I can see your beautiful smile again, Love Hummy"

My brother left for FL for his soccer tournament yesterday and on my dads way home from driving him to the airport he got into an accident at the stop light getting off the freeway. An old lady came up behind him and smashed into him going about 50 miles an hour. She felt a little pain so my dad called for an ambulance too when he called 911. And my dad's bad knee is sore. I'm just glad he's alright. My brothers gonna be pissed though, but it wasn't my dads fault. We're not going to tell him until he comes back from FL. We don't want to ruin his soccer tournament and his time with Alix. The whole back end is smashed in worse than mine was when I got in my accident. But we have insurance so it's all covered but it still sucks. Damn Friday the 13th...Stupid bad luck.
My online class started and I actually sat down and went through the syllabus, printed the first powerpoint and flashcards and completed the first assignment. I'm going to do good this semester. The thing I'm excited about is most of my online class tests were timed, which was very stressful. But in this class they're not timed. This class is alot of work but seems pretty simple, and gym will be a piece of cake. So all I have to worry about is anatomy. I want to come out of this semester with a 3.3 at least.
My best friend from middle school/half of high school whom I talk to every once in awhile now is getting married! I'm so happy for her : ) It's Jessica Haynes. She told me if I want to be a bridesmaid I have to start coming around more often. My damn life is so consumed by school and work but I do really want to hang out with her. I haven't even seen Christen in a couple weeks either. And I rarely see Jay (only on the weekends mostly and maybe once during the week)
Well I'm going to wake Jay up to drive me to school to buy my book now. I'm surprised at how much I'm moving around already. I feel like going shopping and going to the gym already : ) I've already gotton oral surgery once and healed pretty quickly so I wasn't worried about the healing really for this. The doctor was making fun of me because I was sooo scared about getting the IV, and then he saw my tongue ring and laughed because I was so scared of such a little needle. : )
How was Canada Megan? I wish we could've gone : ( Did you guys stay the night?
