In a lowball glass over ice pour:

1 oz of Vanilla Vodka
1 oz of Kahlua
1 oz of Amaretto di Saronno
1 oz of Frangelico
fill the rest with milk or cream and stir.

Enjoy while telling Mother Nature to go fuck herself in the ear.
