Opps.. I dropped my line

Hello all out there in syber-journal-land.

So, what to say about my life and what has been happening lately? I got a A- on my mid-term which was groovy. I like History so much I may study it for a while.

I'm enjoying the church I'm going to, but I'm still looking around a bit. The preaching is great.

Erik and I are doing well. We are looking forward to the holidays.

My job has changed so I'm really busy now. This is good... can we say "Job security"

O.k. enough of the bullet points.

I want to say more, but my personal insights always seem a bit too personal. I start tying and then say "Woah! They don't want to know all that". Basically I'm having a hard time after leaving the Bridge. Not in the spiritual sense... Actually I feel much better in that regard, but in the relational sense. I miss the people and am frustrated that they either don't see the problems around them or do see them (as I know many do, because they've told me) and stay anyway. I have no desire to ask people to leave just because I did, but I'm sad that because Erik and I saw what we saw and needed more from God, and then were willing to do what we had to do - that now it means being separate from the people we love and that have been so much a part of our family over the last few years. I have a good friend who assures me we will all come around again, and I hope so. I just am sad that things worked out this way.

On the other hand, I am really happy because I have a couple really good, and one in particular, friendships that have grown out of this. The kind of friendships that I have prayed for for years. God is good.

Love you all,
Bonnie
