I'm checking it, but I'm being slow about it. When do you need it by?

Oh, okay. I thought you were being a short busser. No biggie. I need it by Thursday.

Plenty of time. Though I must confess, apart from being very boring, there are very few errors thus far (I've made it to about pg. 3 of the actual essay itself, not counting the title page).

Yeah, it is definitely boring. But, consider the assignment. I tried to make it as interesting as possible; it's hard to write about things you're not into. Who wants to write, let alone read about writing, reading, and thinking?

Certainly not me. I don't want to give the impression I think it's a bad paper - it's very well written. Just dry. Your teacher should be sucker punched in the face for giving such an assignment. I can actually kind of see why some of your short bus classmates weren't able to give you any suggestions - it's basically a sound paper (again though, I'm only on pg. 3 right now). Thus far, kudos on the swell writing.
