(no subject)
spent two days in the garden earlier this week, was the best thing ive done in ages. the sun was shining :D and i saw a bright yellow butterfly :) i was out there from dawn til dusk literally, caught a head cold cuz of the wind, but it's gone now. there's so much to do out there!!! it frustrates me and makes me determined at the same time. im going to make it beautiful.
had another driving lesson, it was fun i did reverse for the first time. went up the curb, but hey. no one's perfect.
thought i had a practical but turns out it was just a quick info session about the forthcoming practicals, you know, a total waste of time and energy, especially as it was done by the woman who's lectures i always walk out of. i don't like lecturer's who have no passion, those who just read from the projector with their practised monotone voices.
you know, i was walking down the corridor to the lab, and passed one of the tutors from last year, and she knows who i am, and i smiled and said hi and she just grimaced and walked passed. rude.
that kind upset me actually.
anyhow. got the train home. the guard looked at my train pass and said hi, and went off to check the other passengers, then he came back and asked "is your...is your...is your..." so i asked "dad?" and he said "yeah!" so i was like "chris?" and he was like "yeah! you look just like him."
so i said thanks. but secretly i was like great, just because ive got his huge nose. so unfair.

my mom was on a bit of a downer when she got in, but managed to bring her out of it. so yay. all is good.
