So as I was running yesterday, I was reading the Shape mag i brought. There was an article about not being upset with yourself if you don't do something "perfectly". For instance - If you don't work every day don't be upset at yourself that you couldn't do every day... Welcome to today!
So ran on Monday - and didn't on Tuesday (upset about myself) but not going to focus on it - and just make sure I do it tomorrow.
