Homeade Vege Soup = 150 cals?

= 285 cals.

3 hours dance/gym. 30 mins Treadmill.

Tuesday, March 2

1 yogourt = 90.

2 Mandrin Oranges = (45) x 2 =  90
2 Granola Crunchers Snacks (90) x 2 = 180

Green Tea.
V8 Fruit Juice.

Mash Potatoes, Carrots
Cheese and Mini Crackers
Bite of Peanut Butter                     = 350 cals??

= 710 cals.                      NOT GOOD ENOUGH. TRY HARDER.

3 hours dance/gym. 30 mins Treadmill. 15 mins Legs. 15 mins Stretching.
Wednesday, March 3
114.0 lbs.

2 Small Glasses Milk = 100?

1 small banana = 72
1/2 Mandrin Orange = (45/2) = 22
4 peanut butter cookies = (95) x2 =   190 -- FML!

Family Dinner Ham and Scallop Potatoes = ?????? FML!!!
