Madness
This update is gonna be very much Karn8 lead as thats all I been doing!!
So then we just did 3 gigs in 4 days, here goes:
Friday 24th Railway Inn, Winchester
An interesting night alll round, met some cool people in other bands and sold some CDs etc. We played a pretty intense set and Kirst really went nuts in Mirror Mirror. Which lead to one person afterwards describing the performance as "fucking punk rock" :P
Sunday 26th The Barfly, Camden
We turned up to see 3 very METAL bands soundchecking, luckily Phil made us sound easily as heavy :) Unfortunatley we were on first, in fact the doors opened at 7.30pm and thats what time we started. Which resulted in me going down into the bar and shouting "Karn8 are on stage now!"...it worked :)
It was quite busy, and The Barfly is a sweet venue with really nice people working there. We ripped through our set and I even stage dived at the end of the set!...much fun was had.
Monday 27th Po Na Na, Reading
Right from the start it was clear this was gonna be a wierd gig. The place itself is a nice bar, decorated in a morrocan style....but its not a venue by any means. We ended up being the only band not to get a soundcheck, which was wierd as we were on 3rd?! But with Uncle Filth (phil) at the controls all was good. It was one of the those play-right-next-the-audience-type gigs. So me and Kirst took the show to them actually playing in the crowd for most of the set. It was crazy, I think we scared the shit out of some people :P ...oh and I destroyed my guitar at the end of the set, venting some soundcheck induced angst :P

We have been selected by UK metal Underground for 'UK Metal Maidens Week'
