Normally SN makes me all nervous and twitchy with his comments, but there's something about the notion of jumping off a cliff... Something along the lines of actually taking a chance and doing something brave?

I agree! Cliffhanger is like.. when you don't know how things will turn out. Will he live? Will they do it? Will he finds out? etc. etc
But jumping off the clip? Definitely taking a change! Definitely doing instead of will they do...
