things are revealed and something changes their relationship forever

I am PRAYING she isn't pregnant. Don't get me wrong, I do want a little B&B (eventually), but I want to see the journey of their relationship first. I just checked Ausiello's May Sweeps Scorecard and there's one more spot for a "Shocking Pregnancy".

Someone please tell me that if she is pregnant, it won't be the end of the world. That everything will be okay.... *hyperventilating*

ETA: Okay, maybe I'm over-analyzing. Maybe they're just going to admit that they slept together, or Brennan tells Booth she loves him or something. Yeah....let's go with that. *is calmer now*

OK I feel the same way, bb, but let's try and think of ways this will be good.... um.... definite BB togetherness and um.... lots of cute BB and baby scenes....

You know what, I really don't think they'll go there.

I've got this feeling it's gonna be that they did get together and now they've been told they can't work together anymore, or something. I could see some time at the start of S7 where Booth is partnered with Agent Shaw (why else introduce random new FBI rookie we'll like) and Brennan has minimal screen time (baby in real life).

Maybe??? But I don't know where that'll leave BB!

I much prefer your scenario! That would be awesome (and oh so angsty)!

All I know is, if it's at the end of the episode I am literally going to be on the edge of my seat for the entire hour...

I think you may have it there TT. I did wonder why give a new character such a pivotal role in a really key episode. Thanks God Show is back on track. A few weeks ago I was trying to remind myself why I was so obsessed. The last two eps have reminded me why we love it... but such a lot of Season 6 has been pants compared to past seasons. Let's hope we are back on track in Season 7 *g*

I actually really like that scenario! It'd be a perfect way to introduce temporary angst, and I actually really liked Agent Shaw. It'd give the show a different feel for a while, and a realistic way to keep Emily out of the show for a bit.

I like it more and more! If BB get to actually BE together I can probably handle most things - but I'd really be very happy with this!

I like your theory TT. I really liked Agent Shaw, and she got alot of screen time for a guestie. It felt like they were trying her out.

This. And, they got a fairly well-known actress with whom Booth will not remotely have sexual chemistry. He'd be like her big brother. I like it!

Totally! And yes I really liked that vibe between them - she was so eager to please and so obviously because he's this great agent, mentor type who she looks up to, rather than because he's hawt. LOL.

Exactly what I've been worrying. But I don't think they would have known about ED's pregnancy early enough to write it in this season like that? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Miss Margaret's speculation to be true instead, but both seem unlikely.

I'm thinking that even if HH did know about her pregnancy when writing the finale, he wouldn't have known the way the network wanted them to handle it, because I know he only recently talked about ideas with them, so if anything he might write something that could play out in several different ways - and I don't see writing in the pregnancy being that flexible.

Did that make any sense?? Basically, yeah. I don't think it's that likely either!

Yeah, I think you're right.

Your scenario above makes sense, and much as it would pain me to see Booth working with someone else, I could live with that one.

Rather that than some giant awful thing keeping them apart, or a hastily written in pregnancy *nods*

I know you're calmer now, but I thought I'd put in my 2 cents anyway. I'm feeling very zen about Bones right now. What will be, will be. And I do have faith that if they write in a pregnancy, it will be fine. Angela's pregnancy ended up being the focus of Angela's story arc b/c she is only a supporting player and her screen time is limited. If Brennan is pregnant, it will only be a part of the story b/c her character drives everything. Plus, I don't think they've forgotten that they are making a procedural. If they do forget, the network will remind them! Bones love forever, BB
