The Working World

so who would have thought, that I, Aaron Thomas Gale, would stop being a biatch and actually go find himself a job. I know its for those of you that know me well to believe, but its true. All this week and all next week i will be training to be a financial consultant (more specifically, i will be trading foreign currencies which is sorta like the stock exchange but less complicated). Now the two weeks is supposed to just be a trial period so that they can get a feel for you, and you a feel for the company, but today, my future boss pulled me aside and told me that i was the best in my training group and that he wanted me specifically to work with him on managing a large client portfolio with him (that is once i learn everything). So i am stoked cause i found a job that seems like it is going to be cool as hell, although somewhat stressful and also i can only work five days a week, since the market is closed the other two days, and plus i almost get to make up my own hours. How much better does it get. Furthermore its a small base salary, but the upside is unlmiited, the more clients i get, the more money i will make. So as nice as it would be to continue living off of my parents and being a spoiled rich kid, i guess its time for me to move on and begin to pay for my own shit (ie beer). I will miss my former lifestyle, but i dont think this one will be so bad. So thats whats new with me, shocking as it may seem, its true.
