Well today I managed not to eat anything all morning. I drank alot of Diet Coke. My around 4pm... we were in the car and hannah decides to go to chik-fil-a and i got a chicken sandwhich (I know I have to pay for that, probably walk a mile) and i had more diet coke after that.
OH MY GOSH!! I just went on chick-fil-a's website and looked up the nutritional info for the sandwhich i ate and its loaded! I thought I was doing good! When dad comes home for dinner, so much for my under 500 cals a day. but man, erg! I gained 2 pounds for wating just that!

I need to lose 20 pounds again. But i need to lose 5 pounds in 3 days. so I need to be 125 by sunday. How am i ever going to get by?
