today I ate applesauce (90 cals) and a smoothie (260) and for lunch I had a grilled chicken sandwhich (260, 2g of fat) and when I came home I had a banana, vanilla, chocolate, caramel milk shake and then like 5 cups of popcorn. (900!!!) wow, i ate way too much. and now i just had an ice pop (25).
