*After seeing all the luau posters around school, Kimimaro has decided that this time he will throw his shyness aside and ask Sai to the Gala.
When he asked him to the valentines ball he felt he did it too close to the final thing, and after thinking about it, he should be more considerate of someone elses schedule.
Last night he went and got a pretty lei and this morning he slipped half of it carefully through Sai's locker with a small tag on it that says:
Sai, I know last time was a little rushed, but would you like to attend the summer gala with me?

The other half of the lei is sticking out so Sai is bound to see it. After standing back to admire his work he smiled and calmly made his way to class. *
