My body is a temple, where skin and muscle house emotions and bones. My body is where biology meets the impalpable, regulating the health and well-being of mind and mechanics. My body is the foundation of my femininity, the smoothness of my legs, the softness of my skin. It is the way the gentle curves of bone and muscle catch shadows that bring comfort and assurance to my mental nature about my physical state.
My body helps define me, outlining a person for outside eyes to see. What I feed it and how it is treated is reflected on the outside, and how I look on the outside is how I feel on the inside. My body is beautiful, and an even more beautiful reminder that I am desirable. My assets lie in my womanhood, and it is my responsibility and joy to take care of it.
