1st day of fast!

Today, I've had a coffee, 1/4 cup of light vanilla soy milk, and a diet 7up.

Nothin' else.

I plan on going on an hour walk tonight, and try to fix my PS2 so I can
do DDR in case, for some reason, I can't go to the gym or on a walk.

For liquids I'm drinking water, tea, diet soda, soy milk, juice, and  smoothies if needed.

Popsicles if I'm desperate for tricking my mind  into thinking I'm eating something solid.
Same principle of the smoothie, except smoothies are thicker and much more filling.
(Jamba Juice = life saver. LOW CAL MANGO SMOOTHIES = LOOOOVE)

Soo that's my plan. I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm going to do that after a week goes
by so that would be next tuesday...the 3rd of June.

WISH ME LUCK! This is my first long attempted "fast". If anyone has any tips, I'd
greatly appreciate it.
