The person who's causing them? Why, Aqua of course. Though, she's oblivious to the fact that her PDA is on.
In a (hopefully) isolated area, she has her Keyblade in hand.]
Blizzara! [She points her Keyblade to something off-screen as ice shoots out from the tip. Then, in the next few seconds, she mutters out something else and fire bursts out, hitting the ice.]
