Novella news
Although my first published novel was actually only 40K words (it was originally Published by Daverana Enterprises, and is still available here), I tend to think of it as a novel as opposed to a novella, mainly because of its structure and the fact that I wrote it over the time period I normally take to write a novel.
But I do have one true novella, called "Branch", which I sold a couple of years ago, and whose publication has picked up steam over the past couple of days, including a request from the publisher that I tell her what I had in mind for cover art. That is always a nice feeling!
Of course, I'll let you know how things advance.
