x-mas here in Belgium is with a dinner, traditionally with turkey but i don't eat that anymore, neither does my family, my dad is a vegetarian, my aunt also, & my mama only eats fish! i my self will bake a steak , actually chateau Briant ... with herbal butter , realy nice! before that we will all have , home made tomato soup, as dessert ice & will finish with coffee or (herbal) the. as music we will play my helmut lotti ( www.helmutlotti.be ) x-mas cd & also the x-mas cd of Gerard Joling ( www.gerardjoling.nl )
