This seller is extremely irresponsible, extremely ridiculous.
First of all, when I did not receive the item, she promised to refund the full amount.

Thereafter, replied 4 days after I gave her my account number to transfer:
"Please also understand that I have forgone my shirt and I think it's fairer to refund half the amount. Please let me know if this is okay with you"
Unfortunately, I received neither a reply nor half the amount, the full amount as promised to say the least after that.
