THANKYOU!!! I drafted the pattern based on several others that mum and I had lying around, cut the bodice pieces and then instructed mum on how to put it together cause I was pretty much BROKEN by then. BUT WORTH IT, NE?! :D

I GOT YOUR PATCHWORK PATTERN! I'm excited to to try it out and take photos and such but I haven't had time yet to go over it -- SOOOO BUSY ARMAGAD!!

Got sewing stuff to do this morning before we go to a Baby Shower and then I've got SO MUCH WORK TO DO ARMAGAD this week. But I'm hoping to be able to give it a go late this week! *fingers crossed fingers crossed*

OR maybe tonight after the baby shower I can print out the instructions and Qudsi and I can give it a go.. OoOOoooooooo!! I promised her I'd teach her how to sew and this'd be a really good test to see how your instructions work with someone who's totally fresh!

I LIKE THIS IDEA! I was going to put her to work doing something like that tonight anyway (I was thinking of having her make a softie xD) so this is cooooool!

meanwhile, can you help me with uploading it and linking to it in a way that works on the website? i don't know how to do that with pdfs... :-/
also, if it's easy and wont break you, i'd really like to have a separate little menu near the top pf the sidebar on the website that has links to patterns, so that people can access them easily - i'd like to make a dew of them available...

YES I CANS!! I will be happy to do so :D Basically, all you need do is make a folder for pdfs on your space so you can upload all of your stuff there whenever you make one, and then upload your pdf to there. THEN all you need to do is make a link to that pdf in your post. DONE! :D

If you want to make a sidebar for it on the website that too is SUPER easy -- make a 'text' sidebar widget and add it into your sidebar list. Then put in all the normal code you would put in for the heading of it (I think they're h2 but I'm not 100%) and then a list of your pdfs with links directly to where you've uploaded them.

I can't remember which version of wordpress we installed for you or upgraded to so the instructions are a little differet for each but I think if you head into the wordpress admin you'll work out how to do it SUPER fasts :D
