I know I have only the default maternity wear installed. I'm never quite sure how to get the maternity wear-ready items that people make onto my machine... Like are those items that you download just buyable so you can just go buy them and change into them when you're preggers or what?

And I read the instructions and some of them sound... scary *cracks up*
