Man, makes you feel totally sorry for the little blighters, and the way us Aussies 'dispatch' our plague-proportioned foe...
I know, they're Cane Toads, but I always found those horrid taxidermed sculptures of them in outfits and various poses really disgusting and undignified. I'd never seen them in person until last year at the markets with
cheeseferret,
endalia &
qudsielf. But I'd always been completely disturbed by them, not least by their featuring in a Paul Jennings tale or two. They're native and useful SOMEWHERE people!
Oh, and some people might've heard me sing the Pythagoras Switch opening line a lot if they'd been to my house.. Its a kid's show from Japan to teach to further little japanese kid's language skills, like Blue's Clues or that random Treehouse show here with the chick from the Great Outdoors (or atleast it LOOKS like her). What's better about Pythagoras Switch than these shows? Apart from the book that reads himself aloud, or the little childen penguins that can't read yet you ask?
Pythagoras Switch has ninjas.
