One for the money...

Kate and Jill have foisted the first book in a series about a would-b-bounty-hunter by Janet Evanovich at me called One for the Money. I'm scared. Really scared... It takes her ten books to remember to bring a gun along? O_o

What scares me the most is that Kate has the entire series sitting in her desk drawer, waiting for me. I can hear them, calling out to me... O_O That and Jill described the books as crack and the fact that she forgets to sleep cause she's reading these things is just a mite alarming.

As I rushed through to the mall from my office, group of Japanese business people announced loudly that the entire Adelaide Arcade was "Kawaii"

After learning the other day that my relatives can only eat grapes in December back home, I've developed a replenished love for them. Now if I can only keep from choking to death by trying to breath and eat them at the same time...

Speaking of my relatives, this morning I walked them into town before work, left them at a free bus stop so they could go to the Central Market and Chinatown, gave them the written address of my house and a crude map of North Terrace, Rundle Mall and King William Street, made sure they had their mobile and my number and sent them on their way.

Only, I can't call them, they can only call me due to the way they have their phone set up. And I forgot to give them my keys to the house. They weren't sure if they were okay with making their way back to the mall from the markets and they werent' sure if they were going to come to meet me for lunch back in town, saying that they'd call me.

To say I'm mildly worried is understating the issue...
