What's in a name?
So everyone knows my name is Nett, right?
I write Nett on everything, in a work email I say "This is Nett, Web Graphic Designer for the University ..." yadda yadda, I sign off with the name Nett, my name is listed as Nett in my enormous signature, and if you search for me in the University people search, I am listed as Nett.
My name only appears as Lynnette in my work email address, but no where else.
So, why is it that I am constantly getting emails that are addressed to Lynn, Lynne or Lynette with one 'n' ? Or people will call up and ask for Lynne?
