Succumbed to portable digital audioness
I bought a portal MP3 player. It's a Packard Bell Audiokey Premium 1GB. It's directly pluggable as a USB drive, so I can just copy files on it. It only supports .MP3 and .WMA (so no .OGG, but maybe some only hacker has made a firmware upgrade for it, you never know).
The real big disadvantage is that it runs on AAA batteries. So the next quest is to find rechargable AAA batteries and a charger (soon).
