In New York now, which seems to be a lovely and refreshing pace to my life after the last weeks of quietness. It is snowy as hell and will hopefully melt soon and pretend to be spring again. Tonight I had the most amazing whiskey cocktail with molasses and fresh ginger, in a bar with taxidermy of just about every animal imaginable. It's been years and years since I have been in New York, but being here only a few hours has reminded me why I love this city so much.
