Oh noes!

I think I've unintentionally started a panic on here!!
I still plan to have a tidy-up of my friends list, but I think I've gone about it the wrong way- all I seem to be doing is freaking people out!
It wasn't my intention to scare you all into a sudden flurry of activity (tho the new comments on old stories are appreciated!) or make you feel like you have to beg to be kept on here --- I'm really sorry!!
Having people who want to read my stories is a great compliment and very satisfying to me personally, and I really appreciate having readers, so I really didn't mean to intimidate or hassle anyone.
So what I think I will do is slow the process down- instead of making a hit-list, I'll make a 'safe' list.
*I'll go back over old entries and try to note down everyone who has ever commented, and they'll be kept.
*I'll try to figure out who is new around here, and they will also stay on.
*Anyone who commented on my demented post yesterday is also safe.
Again, I'm really sorry- I feel like I threatened people unfairly, which was so totally not my intention!! I just wanted to have a spring clean and get an honest idea of how many people are still interested in my work.
Okay, so don't worry, this will be a slow process. I'm not unfriending anyone just yet, except for the obviously abandoned journals.
