I have. From how the design of the first floor, I think we can safely say that it's a new apartment building.

I would assume that it's due to insufficient living space in the village, but I cannot say for sure without numbers. I do hope that there are no people without shelter here.

Well there are some who reside in the Welcome Center still, but I thought it might be because they merely hadn't found a suitable place yet.

Unfortunately, no. I work the late night shifts and some scattered ones here and there, so I can't keep an accurate headcount.

I see...I suppose I could stop by the Welcome Centre to ask around if there are any without places to stay then. If this building really is a new apartment building, I'm sure those who are in need of a place of their own will be able to move in.
