Hell no! I wouldn't do it now. I wouldn't do it if it were free. I wouldn't do it in a box or with a fox...

I'm for it being a legal medical option. Some people just need to make better decisions in the first place. Not that all cases actually involve a decision in the first place...
[04] Do you think the world would fail with a female president?
The last eight years under Captain Dipshit isn't considered a failure? I highly doubt a Woman (dun dun DUN!) let alone a qualified Woman (ie Hillary, not Palin) could do worse.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
I've checked and it does exist. So it can finally be cleared from the 'what if' pages of Sasquatch and The Loch Ness Monster.
Seriously? Yes, there are some places (state of mind) you cannot come back from. But we have serious problem in this country with our prison system and that NEEDS to be addressed.

No, I would not waste a wish on that. I'd wish for self propelled wingless flight or my own FTL capable Starship.
But I cannot think of a serious, scientific, or just well thought out reason for it not to be legal.
07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
I'm against irresponsible sex.

Maybe? I used to believe in Jehovah (god is a generic term for a deity, capitalization doesn't really make it a name) and some part(s) of me still wants to. I would love for there to be one great power behind all of existence. Guiding, watching and loving everyone. But I have become cynical to such things. I can't sit in a place of worship that preaches love for all things and shows hate for anything it doesn't understand.
[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
Marriage is just a tax break... I think it should all be chucked out the window and people should just be honest with their loved ones. It shouldn't take a chunk of metal to say you really love someone, but it shouldn't take a legal document to let you be with the person you care about most in the universe (or to let you put them on your health insurance).
That being said. If anyone's gonna get married, why not Homosexuals? Heterosexuals don't seem to be very good at it. No on prop 8!
[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
I think it's wrong that a bunch of white people came here, began calling the land America and the indigenous people Indians, in the first place! So f*ck you and your 'borders' white people! Go back to Europe!*

I'm sure I'm the product of more than one twelve year old female ancestor.
That being said, I think there are factors other than the girl being twelve that need to be looked into.

Most people who want to drink at eighteen, have been doing so for quite some time. I think we need better qualifiers than age for something like drinking. But hell, if you can be shipped to out to die in service of your country. Why can't you enjoy a Guinness?

We were hunting down a group that has set about to destroy this country. That had already attacked this country. At the time, they were headquartered in Afghanistan.
North Korea was attempting to build Nukes.
So we invaded Iraq.
Can we "call it off"? Can we stop the people from killing each other? Can we stop the power vacuum that has drawn aggressors into the area? Can we say we've given them a chance to survive in the turmoil that is the middle east? Can we say "They are truly a powerful and united people ready to stand together against those who would infiltrate and divide them"? Because saying "it's better than when we got there" is a copout. It's a lie to try and make it easier on ourselves (or more accurately those who chose this scenario in the first place). We've put those people through hell and we can't give them paradise. But we have to give them a chance. Can we do say we've even done that?
[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
Yes, I agree that it IS illegal. Is this a survey or a quiz? If a doctor can follow their oath in doing so, i cannot see why it should be illegal.

Yes. There is a line between spanking and beating though.

While I'm not sure how much i believe in the Amercian flag as a symbol that represents me. I'm not big on disrespecting symbols that other people hold dear. So, probably not.

I really don't care. If they can show me I'm ill informed, then I welcome the facts that set me straight. If they just disagree with me, then I welcome any intelligent opinion they care to share.
