1) Get a free copy of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and install it.
2) Start the application up.
3) Click on "Advanced" to bring up the drop-down menu.
4) Click on "Open Stream..." to bring up the URL dialog box.
[You can skip steps 3 and 4 in iTunes for Windows by hitting Control-U]
5) Enter "http://tess.fast-serv.com:8806/" and hit the OK button.
6) It should start playing momentarily.
