cuba libre

this paper is never going to get done. i started over. from nothing. but ive decided to make it more than just a book review, i hate those, who cares about what i have to say about a book. so, im going to make it more a long paper about cuba, the past, present, and then i'll talk about the book for a paragraph. i want to write something worth reading, something that when people read it, they'll get something good from it, not just, "this book was good because it had funny stories about eggplants"  though that is a great part. but whatever.

the whole story of cuba is something that has fascinated me mostly just recently, i didnt really care, i thought of myself as being more Costa Rican since i was born there and all, but i should have also considered that half of me is cuban, its almost weird, how would i classify myself as a person, first generation costa rican immigrant, second genneration cuban immigrant. hmmm.

ive been watching a lot of movies about cuba, we have the 'american experience' documentary about Castro, i started watching that, i feel asleep watching it. i have that image of the execution killing of that one guy. they killed people without giving them trials. be thankful assholes. i hate all those people who love Che and all that. its ironic how so much money has been made from the face of a man who thought capitalism was the worst thing in the world.

why is it easy to write in here, words flow like a river of freshly melted snow. but when its on word, its like a glacier. one word a decade.

it was supposed to be done before the first marking period. im such a slacker, but im changing that. i promise!
so yeah, i need to finish this soon. like today. oh man. should be good.
its two oclock, this thing is going to suck, not going to be done by today.

oh well, okay.
