so today I woke up like it was just another day until I got home from school. I decided to go out for a bike ride to the secluded beach I found about a mile down the street. I was sitting there and I realized that no matter what happiness happiness is a choice, and so is most other emotions.

Emotions aren't a choice. Trust me kid. If they were, the world would be a perfect place. Nobody wants to be miserable.
