Possible promotion!
Yay, uber news today. Turns out, we're opening a new department at work (for those of you who don't know, I work for an insurance company, who insure small companies and businesses). The new department will be selling and administering car and home insurance. It turns out, i'm the only person in the company with experience in the field, and so when they open the new department (some time early 2007, probably march or april) I may be promoted to a team leader or group manager for domestic insurance :-D
Doesn't sound exciting, I know, but i'm really hyped, since I could get a substantial pay rise, which means I can spend even more recklessly than I do now.
