My guess: the guy was off by one letter, and the word he said was dirty or in other ways funny, as opposed to the word it actually was.

It's Polish.

The guy said obciąganie, which, I think, is a blow job. Not 100% positive about that, but it is something in that sphere.

The word that was supposed to be said was obciążanie, which is weighting.
