IDEALLY. Ideally. Well, his ideal date varies based on the person that he's dating. If it's someone he's not that attached to (read: most of his dates) and whatnot, then ideally, he gets some action at the end of the date. Score! So he selects the perfect movie, puts his arm around the girl, is all ~suave~ and shit, and then later they make out in his range rover and maybe he gets lucky.

... but now he has actual real person feelings for people, so ideally, Finn gives him his blessing to take Rachel out and he takes her to the nicest restaurant that he knows, buys out an entire room or something, serenades her over a candlelit dinner, then takes her out afterwards to a park or something where they can stargaze and sing and cuddle or do whatever she's comfortable with. Ideally, he gets lucky.

WHAT WOULD REALLY HAPPEN: ... Finn says AWESOME, tags along, they get the menu and then realize that none of them know what the hell is actually on it, someone orders escargot, the boys end up egging each other on to eat the nasty crap that

• Finn. I feel like there isn't much that needs to be said here. But yeah she is like IF I GIVE HIM A PENCIL WILL HE SOMEHOW STAB HIMSELF WITH THIS?!
• Puck. ... uh. ... no real reason except he's Finn's friend and seems stupider than Finn's other friends.
• Hughes. He was injured like three times in a row once and she kept making :'| faces and thinks he's flimsy.
• Jesse. Scarecrows. Also, Finn's friend. Seems more responsible than the average Glee-er, however.
• Es. But this is a more general annoyance with his existential issues :|b

BEST THING ABOUT PHOENIX WRIGHT?

UH. I love the writing in the games. They're always engaging and super fun, and even some of the weaker cases are still interesting. There's maybe one that dragged for me, and I know other people liked it a lot, so there you go. They manage to make a number of the characters in each case well-rounded so even though you only know them for a little while, you feel like you really get to know them. It's great.

... I have done this with you so many times that I forget what I've asked you, so if I ask you something we've already talked about, tell me or something. UH. What are you currently watching? TV show-wise, I mean, if there's anything.

I just finished Leverage! Which was all and all enjoyable though I have A Few Qualms. ( It is kind of like how the Mentalist has Some Flaws. The characters are great, but sometimes you just want to shake the production team and be like DID YOU SEE THAT?! I MEAN REALLY!!! ).

. . . and I am watching/ed Master Chef, Top Chef, Top Shot, and America's Next Top Model. . . . . . . . . :(

I was watching Burn Notice and then I got really distracted by something I CAN'T REMEMBER. The new season of Criminal Minds starts next week WHICH IS SUPER SUPER EXCITING.

AGREED ON LEVERAGE. I'm working on season three and there are definitely some parts which have me going "wry" but it's still fun.

Hmmm, recs ... recs. Like I told Sian yesterday, I really dig Vampire Diaries. idk if you have tried it yet! But while the first four episodes are a little difficult to get through, it has a lot of mythology and history and ~lore~ and I love the world building in it to bits and pieces. It's incredibly interesting! And the characters are fun, too.

On a completely different note, my mom talked me into watching The Good Wife, and it's actually quite good. I didn't think I would like it based on, uh, the title and the premise (wife of a disgraced politician enters a law firm, takes cases, there's subplots with her husband trying to clear his name, family dynamics, etc), but I really enjoyed it. Archie Panjabi plays this PI-type who is hilariously snarky and does all this crazy crap and she won the Emmy for it, which is fab. And Alan Cumming guest stars

I AM A REALLY BIG LJ SMITH FAN :( I HAVE BEEN MEANING TO GET TO THE VD FOREVER. B-because I read the books and I just. I love LJ Smith. She may be a trashy teen writer but I love her worlds and the woman has a picture of herself with a unicorn. How can you not love her.

I have been meaning to get to that too, actually! Because of Nurse Hathaway . . .

Hmmmmm. I don't really have a derpyboy. Like when I played Akira, and Arthur and all of that. I'm really out of synch with my app patterns in an attempt to RECLAIM POSITIVE CR which has mostly ended up in a rut. I'm trying to change that around with drops/apps so it is ~unstable footing~.

You have to pick a different PB for Jesse, who do you pick and why? ( singing not having to be a factor )

... this is actually really hard for me because Groff is so perfect in so many ways for Jesse. If I HAD to pick a different PB, I'd go for a guy who usually gets cast as a nice boy or the boy next door or whatever. I literally cannot think of anyone immediately who would fit that bill, though, because I am terribly picky about PBs. tl;dr, I'd spend like three weeks trying to figure it out.

Do you have any plans for any of yours characters that you're really looking forward to?

IF THE APP ROUNDS ARE KIND TO ME I MAY BE GETTING PRESENTS AND THAT MAKES ME EXCITED. Otherwise, not really :(

Are you in the market for apping? Or is Jesse enough?

Ssssssort of maybe? I have a camper app I am considering and there's a counselor I'm keeping my eye on (mostly for shits and giggles), but honestly, Jesse really ... fills a lot of my needs in terms of RP. He's a versatile character who can make lots of CR, has room to grow and whatnot, and he's still snarky and dickish enough to hold my interest. I hesitate to say that Jesse is enough, but honestly, for now, he kind of is. :x I just have this feeling right now where I want to play him forever and throw him at people and see how it goes and so on and so forth.

Uhhhhhh ... hmm. Take one of your characters and pick three songs you associate with them and/or their relationships or whatever!

What Glee spoiler are you most excited for?

SPOILERS: Sunshine, the transfer student, defecting to Vocal Adrenaline after Rachel sets her up for humiliation. And Cheyenne Jackson as the new Vocal Adrenaline coach, man. I want more stuff on VA in general because they end up being absolutely ridiculous and it's hilarious. There are also rumors that Shelby may be coming back (they keep waffling on it being confirmed) and I sort of hope she does and they do something consistent with her. And then someone apps her. loev shelby.

... so how many shows are you following this fall, because when I counted, I have like ... at least eleven.
