It looks like it spread through the other city we found, Spero, through infected animals from Discedo. Mostly imported fish. Not knowing what the former population was makes it hard to figure out how quickly the virus spread but with all the medical and patient files I found in the hospital with cases of the virus... it got really bad.

We found people there. I think they were what was left of the population. If the virus didn't kill most of the unaffected people there, then the people that were left over from being infected with the virus probably did. They didn't even act like humans.

Compile every single last bit of information you can. See if you cannot also obtain whatever notes older residents may have on the virus.

And, if at all possible, I want any amount of tissue sample from those inhabitants in the lab and sealed. Anyone who had direct contact with them should probably be quarantined.

Right! I don't think I would have missed anything if something was wrong with one of us, even if it's a virus I've never heard about. No-one showed any symptoms from it, not even me. I don't know if being an animal would change how it affects the body.

We'll handle it, don't worry.
