Loli is short for "lolicon," which is a shortened version of "Lolita complex," and that's basically what that Johnny guy likes - little girls, like you said. Shouta is the same thing, except it's about little boys. He likes them, too.

And "moe" is whatever fangirls like. iherduliekmoe could tell you a lot about what is and is not moe. Sometimes loli or shouta can be moe - but not in a perverted way. In a cute way.
