***WARNING***
Well, most of you have come to know me as the bitterest cruise ship employee ever known to the world. It took some time and alot of self medicated chocolate therepy but I have come to terms and forgiven Celebrity Cruises Lines and at times I even miss it.
That said.............I may be on my way to the championship title of the bitterest hotel employmee ever know to the world.
It's amazing, the Hotel and the Ship are pretty much identical (aside from the cute boss and humorous albeit slutty Summer Jackson...miss you Bill). So really it's just like my bitterness has transferred over to a new venue.
The new job even comes complete with one new mortal enemy (I had more than one of the ship......Ogla, the MAA who didn't speak english, the evil T&D Manager, my roommate on more than one occassion, whoever started that thing about me and Nick, Sherwish, Aaron and Kara the DSGs, just to name a few). This jobs new most hated person is......Martina *said while seething venom and possibly spitting fire* (who coincidently is sitting a few feet away from me on the phone). I must admit I don't really have an big reason to hate her other that the fact she drives me nuts and can't really do her job. She's been working here six months and still doesn't feel confident to take bookings and such (I've been here like 3 weeks and I can do all that crap). Also today, I was calling another hotel for their rates and availablity and just as one hotel picked up (one I'd been trying to get ahold of for almost an hour) she hung up on them, trying to be funny.
Oh... and people are still calling me Chris! What is that about?
So anyways, that's my spiel about me new job as well as a warning to all who read my LJ that I'm about to go into rant mode again.............
