Matthews Labor Day 5k

I ran the Matthews Labor Day 5k this morning in 19:32, which was good enough for 9th overall and second in my age group. Susi got third overall female, and Jeri got first in her age group (second in masters) with a personal record. Congrats, ladies! congratulations! that's really fast for someone who's about to be as old as you're about to be. we went to the running store today, and I got a pair of pink nikes that don't hurt my feet or cramp my toes.

Yeh he really is too old for that. Should be shopping for well fitting diapers and high-waisted pants like me.

Congratulations on the swift and safe finish! The 6:18 pace sounds brutal. I doubt I could run a block at that pace.

any day now for the walking thing. Schroeder is doing the 'standing without support' thing and loves to cruise behind his truck and whatever else he can make move by pushing it.
