Interview

So I woke up this morning to the sound of my sister calling my name. She said someone was on the phone, and it sounded like it could be a job. So, despite being groggy, I got up, took a deep breath and made my voice pleasant when I said hello.

As it turns out, it was a job. Neocon International invited me to interview with them tomorrow afternoon at 2. They make storage compartments for cars, and they are looking for a Mechanical Student to help out their design team.

Anyway, I talked to my friend Jordan on MSN, and he said that he just got a call from them as well, except this interview was today at 2. Unfortunately he was tired and hung over, so he called them back and they asked him to come in tomorrow at two, which is when I was supposed to interview. A minute or so later, I got a call back from Neocon asking me to come in today. I kind of laughed at that, but it's not like I'm terribly busy, so I agreed.

The interview seemed to go very well. The three interviewers were very nice, and we all got along rather well, and I think I answered all of their questions satisfactorily. I was there for almost an hour, so something must have gone right.

Anyway, it'd be pretty awesome to get this job. It seems like a really nice place to work, and it's pretty close to where I live now. I'd have to borrow my parents' car, most likely, but that shouldn't be a problem. At this point, I'm not too picky about any jobs I get offered.

Wish me luck!
