You should tell him that you're really into girls now and that he should move out and start looking for someone else. You are being selfish by telling him that you love him for his soul, because you know that without attraction it's like living with your best friend. Also, he must really love you to accept such a situation.

Nothing wrong with living with a best friend, or loving someone in a non-sexual way. Sex isn't the only basis for a relationship.
It might be selfish to hold on to a relationship that isn't satisfying for the other person, but it's patronizing to tell someone else what to do.
