boobocracy is a real word
so just as a follow-up to yesterdays post about games, school, and movies i figured i would make a post today with some of the details about my actual life. i don't have one to be precise but there are things i do sometimes that make people believe that i do. or something.
last week was michelle's birthday. there was a party for her at the spaghetti factory and a bunch of us went. lots of fun. wu was there and he still hasn't come out of the closet yet, but i think he's getting closer. also, he had a cold or something and i think he got drunk after ordering some fruity drink. weird. anyway, fun times. hung out with ting afterwards and we watched some cartoons.
a couple weeks ago sulabh and i decided that, for whatever reason, we needed some taco bell fire sauce in a jar. so we took an empty pasta sauce jar and squirted hundreds of fire sauce packets into it. we now have a giant jar of the stuff in our fridge and it is tasty on stuff. while we were opening the packets we watched league of extraordinary gentlemen which i've already reviewed. to re-cap: horrible movie / indestructible car.
we watched the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy tonight. it was pretty funny and had some awesome effects. the movie followed the storyline of the book somewhat. i was sad they cut out some of my favorite parts. however, some of the parts they replaced with other bits i thought were somewhat funnier, maybe just because they were able to convey more with the movie. the story retained a lot of the book but also had some elements that seemed out of place to me. anyway, it was a "based on" movie so what do you expect? 8.0 / 10.0 because the funny parts were pretty funny and the effects were really nice looking.
so to get back on the subject of my life... i've been hanging out with christie on the weekends a lot. i really missed her when she was in europe. last weekend she did my laundry. it was great.
